The first 50 AI messages and 10 AI call minutes a month are included; nothing else has a free allowance. One AI message is counted each time the assistant handles a message: every text or email it reads, whether it answers or decides no answer is needed; every draft it writes for you, sent or not; every follow-up it sends; and every reply it gives in a chat on your website. Call minutes the assistant handles are billed at the AI call rate instead of the 4¢ carrier rate. Texts are different: a text the assistant sends is billed as an AI message and also, like any text, per segment. Everything above is billed a month in arrears, and each line appears on your bill with the count beside it, so you can see what drove it. Email is covered by the plan. When a customer pays you by card, Stripe takes its standard fee and Amatour HQ takes a 0.5% platform fee, both from the payment itself, in your own Stripe account. Neither is on your monthly bill.
